Quick Start

You can start by registering online at PHIOS Registration

Information needed to register

1. NPI numbers
2. NCPDP numbers
3. Addresses
4. Owner or person who can legally bind the pharmacy
5. Valid pharmacy email address
6. Credit Card

Registration Process

1. Go to phios Registration
2. Fill in the required information
3. Click on the register button
4. Check your email for a verification & link
5. Click on the verification link
6. You will be redirected to the login page
7. Enter your email and password
8. Click on the login button

Onboarding

Once registered and verified, you can log in and proceed with our onboarding process:

1. Choose a subscription
2. Add pharmacies
3. Sign the agreement
4. Make payment to complete registration

After registration, we will review and do a final verification of the information provided. Once verified, your data will begin to sync.

What to Expect

After onboarding, your data may take up to 72 hours to sync. You will receive an email notification once your data is ready for viewing.

We will conduct an initial audit to ensure we have received all the data needed to provide you with accurate analytics.
